If the item you are looking for is out of stock, please contact us and we will check our other stores. We may also be able to order the product you are after directly from the supplier.
You can view all the brands that we stock on our brands page. Alternatively you can either type the brand name into the search toolbar to view the available items from that brand, or filter by a particular brand on any of the category pages.
Yes. We have multiple physical store locations. Please contact the individual store to ensure that we have the item you are wanting to view in stock.


Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an orders once it has been placed or shipped. Please contact us to discuss any changes or cancellations. Please ensure you have your Order Number when contacting us.
The processing of orders are conducted during business hours (9am-5pm) Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We aim to deliver your purchase to you as quickly as possible wherever you are in Australia. We aim to ship all items on the same day as ordered with the exception of custom orders and sale periods.
When shopping online with us, you can pay by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), PayPal, Afterpay, Zip Money, Humm, Openpay or Coupon Code (store credit, eGift Card). All payments are made by a secure server, which will encrypt each transaction as a security precaution, and all payments are made in Australian Dollars. We do not have access to any credit related information provided by you.
Goods and Services Tax (GST) is calculated as 10% on addition to the product price. All products are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. Your cart will clearly display the GST amount of your order.


We offer free standard delivery for orders shipped within Australia with a total cart value of $30 and over (excludes physical gift cards).
We offer the following shipping options. Estimated delivery times are;
  • standard: all orders over $30 are provided with free shipping. Delivery times are estimated between 3-9 business days.
  • express: $12.50 for standard items (excludes bulk items). Delivery times are estimated between 2-5 business days.
  • custom order: our team will contact you to confirm your order. Delivery times are estimated up to 20 business days.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing your tracking code. Delivery time frames may change unexpectedly due to unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to provide the most up-to-date information for your order or contact you if circumstances change. A team member will contact you via your phone number as listed in your contact details. Please ensure your contact details are correct.
We only ship to Australia.
Yes, we offer express delivery of $12.50 for standard items (excludes bulk items). Standard items are products that can fit inside a 5kg express postage satchel. Delivery times are estimated between 2-3 business days.

Exchanges and Returns

We will offer a refund/exchange on most products purchased at The House of Golf, either online or in-store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us and return the item to us within 30 days. Conditions apply.
To process a return you must first meet the following requirements;
  • item(s) to be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • unworn and unused with the original tags still attached
  • in the original packaging which must be in original condition
  • item(s) are not a custom made product
  • accompanied with tax invoice, or delivery docket
We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact us so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible.
Yes, you can return sale items unless stated otherwise (subject to the Australian Consumer Law).
If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase or have ordered the incorrect size/specification, you are responsible for shipping the item back to The House of Golf at your expense. If the purchased item is defective or has been sent incorrectly we will organise a return pickup at our expense. We will send the replacement to you at no charge.
Once a return has been received, your request will be processed within 1-3 business days. For refunds back to your original payment method, please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account.
All items purchased online or in-store can be returned or exchanged either at one of our stores or via post. If a refunded/exchange is due to you changing your mind, postage costs are your responsibility. If you have provided your contact details as apart of our product warranty process, an original tax invoice, copy tax invoice, or delivery docket may not be required at our discretion. Check out our returns policy for all conditions.

Gift Cards

Yes. We offer physical Gift Cards or electronic e-Gift Cards.

Gift Cards: are available in $20, $50, $75, $100 and $200 values and are sent in a card holder with space to write a personalised message. Gift cards will be posted via Australia Post Registered Post at a cost of $7.50. They can be redeemed at any The House of Golf Store.

e-Gift Cards: are available in a selection of values between $20 and $300 with no postage or handling fees. e-Gift Cards are delivered instantly via email with the ability to forward it directly to someone else. They can be redeemed online or printed out and redeemed in-store.

No. You do not need an account to use an e-Gift Card.

If you have created an account, you can log in and view your e-Gift Cards from your Orders. Alternatively, you can contact us to receive your e-Gift Card details.

When purchasing an e-Gift Card, you will receive an email containing a store credit code. You simply either click on the store credit link within the email to automatically apply the credit to your shopping cart or you can type in the store credit code into the Coupon Code box on the checkout page.


You can choose to create an account during the checkout process by simply including a password. You will receive a New Account email.
To change any of your details, simply login to your account.
