We will accept your Best Offer if;
1. The identical product (same brand, model/style), product offer or bundle is in stock and available for immediate sale by The House of Golf and the competitor.
2. A team member is able to verify the price and stock availability of the competitor we're matching.
3. The competitors price includes any freight charges and when matching internationally currency conversions, freight and GST have been all been applied (if applicable).
We will NOT accept a Best Offer if;
1. The product has been discounted by means other than money, such as loyalty points, a discount voucher or coupon.
2. The product is an exclusive online only item or if the Best Offer is below our cost price.
3. The product is not available to the general public - including trade, special event, club or membership offers.
4. An error has been found with the pricing or proof of competitors pricing can't be provided by the customer.
When a Best Offer is agreed to by both parties, no further discounts or promotional offers will apply. Please note that if an offer is taken in store, fitting fees may apply. The accepted Best Offer price is only available at the time of agreement and must be paid for within 48 hours by the customer.
Our Best Offer feature is not available during sale periods or on sale products.
