How do I purchase an eGift Card?

    You can purchase an eGift Card online via our website. You cannot use an eGift Card to purchase another eGift Card.

Can I purchase multiple eGift Cards online?

    Yes, you can purchase multiple eGift Cards in the one transaction.

Are there any fees associated with an eGift Card?

    No. You will only be charged for the denomination you select.

Can I change the value of an eGift Card after I have paid for it?

    Unfortunately, the value of the eGift Card cannot be changed once the purchase is made.

Can I use an eGift Card more than once?

    Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

Can I buy an eGift Card for someone else?

    Currently you will need to purchase the eGift Card using your email address and forward it to the recipient. This feature will be available soon, we apologies for any inconvenience.

Will I earn loyalty points for purchasing an eGift Card?

    Unfortunately, you will not earn points for purchasing an eGift Card. Points will only be credited to the person redeeming the eGift Card.

Does my eGift Card expire?

    As per Australian Consumer Law, Gift Cards purchased at The House of Golf have an expiry period of three years. The period begins from the date the Gift Card is purchased.

Can I cancel and be refunded for an eGift Card?

    You can contact us to arrange for the cancellation and refund of an eGift Card. Refunds will only be provided to the original purchaser of the eGift Card. An eGift Card can not be redeemed for cash.

Do you sell physical Gift Cards?

    You can purchase physical Gift Cards from any of our retail stores.
