The FX-001 utilizes high-density tungsten in the sole of a titanium alloy body. The low center of gravity helps emphasize a longer flight with faster ball speeds. The semi-shallow face optimizes carry through high launch with low spin.
Low center of gravity head tends to have less spin and will not carry unless there is a sufficient launch angle. Therefore, by using a semi-shallow face, we have created a longer carry fairway wood through a high launch low spin flight.
FX-001 has a stock length of 43.5 inches, however has. a line-up of two different lofts. Players can optimize their launch angle to maximize their carry distance, through loft selection.
