Christmas Delivery

It’s safe to say this will be a Christmas unlike any other. Here are some important dates and helpful tips to help make it easier for you to spread joy this festive season.

Couriers is working hard to deliver your parcel as safely and quickly as possible, but delivery for Christmas will take longer this year as they manage the impacts of COVID-19 and more parcels than ever before. Purchasing as early as you can, and by the dates advised, means your parcel will have the best chance of arriving in time for Christmas. Couriers will still deliver items sent after these dates as quickly as possible, but it will be difficult to get them to their destinations by Christmas.

Standard delivery: Thursday 10th December 2020
Express delivery: Thursday 17th December 2020

COVID-19

Delivery service providers are currently experiencing delivery delays due to the high volume of parcels in their networks and the reduction in air freight capacity.

Please refer to the tracking tool provided to you, which will contain the most accurate guidance on estimated delivery dates and will advise you of any delays while your parcel is in transit. In some cases, delivery service providers may have to process and deliver from an alternate location and customers may notice when tracking their parcel, that it is coming from a different location to what they are used to.

Effective 20 April 2020, Australia Post has temporarily suspended the Express Post guarantee of a refund and replacement envelope or satchel for articles that don't meet the next business day delivery standard. The Express Post service will continue to be Australia Post's fastest postal delivery option and they will continue to prioritise these deliveries. They just may not be delivered next business day every time.

We are endeavoring to dispatch orders within 24 hours where possible, however some custom orders are now experiencing up to 20 days. We appreciate your understanding and patience at this difficult time.

The House of Golf wants to make your shopping experience as quick and easy as possible, so we have devised a range of delivery options to ensure that we utilise the most convenient and quickest option. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours and custom orders which take up to 10 business days. We do not ship internationally.

The processing of orders and deliveries are conducted during business hours (9am-5pm) Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been shipped. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of purchase. We do not have a weekend delivery service.

All orders will be shipped via StarTrack, AAE Global Express or Australia Post and will be selected at the discretion of us, based on best rates and delivery time frames. Please note delivery time frames for when a custom order is placed. What's deemed a custom order?

Delivery time frames may change unexpectedly due to unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to provide the most up-to-date information for your order or contact you if circumstances change. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number outlining how to track your package.

Standard Post

2-5 business days

All orders over $30 are provided with free shipping (excludes physical gift cards). Delivery times are estimated between 2-5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information.

Express Post

1-3 business days

We offer express delivery of $12.50 for standard items (excludes bulk items). Delivery times are estimated between 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information.

Custom Order

Up to 10 business days

Our team will contact you to confirm your order. Delivery times are estimated up to 10 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information.

Orders under $30 will incur a charge of $7.50 and be delivered using the standard delivery times.
Standard items are products that can fit inside a 5kg express postage satchel.
