Shipping and Delivery

We want to make your shopping experience as quick and easy as possible, so we have devised a range of delivery options to ensure that we utilise the most convenient and quickest option.

Free Standard Shipping

All orders over $50 are provided with free shipping (excludes physical gift cards). Delivery times are estimated between 2-8 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information.

Express Shipping

We offer express delivery of $15 for standard items (excludes bulk items). Delivery times are estimated between 1-4 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information.

Custom Orders

Our team will contact you to confirm your order and provide an estimated delivery time frame. Once dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: orders over $50 (excludes physical gift cards). Delivery times are estimated between 2-8 business days.

Express Shipping: $15 for standard items (excludes bulk items). Delivery times are estimated between 1-4 business days.

Orders under $50 will incur a charge of $10 and be delivered via standard delivery times. Standard items are products that can fit inside a 5kg express postage satchel.

Processing Orders

Online orders are processed by our Online Team during business hours (9am-5.30pm) Monday to Friday. We aim to process all online orders (standard or express shipping) within 24 hours of you placing your order, excluding sale periods. All online orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse, located in Port Melbourne, Victoria.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched from our warehouse.

All orders will be shipped via StarTrack, AAE Global Express or Australia Post and will be selected at the discretion of us, based on best rates and delivery time frames. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch from our warehouse. Some time frames may change unexpectedly due to unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to provide the most up-to-date information for your order or contact you if circumstances change. A team member will contact you via your email or phone number as listed in your contact details. Please ensure your contact details are correct.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery: 2-8 business days

Express delivery: 1-4 business days

You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to your order. Changes to your order's delivery status will be indicated via your tracking number on the courier website. While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times particularly during busy promotional and sale periods where some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number outlining how to track your package.

Please refer to the tracking tool provided to you via our shipping partner, Shippit, which will contain the most accurate guidance on estimated delivery dates and will advise you of any delays while your parcel is in transit. In some cases, delivery service providers may have to process and deliver from an alternate location and customers may notice when tracking their parcel, that it is coming from a different location to what they are used to.

Our Shipping Partner

Our shipping partner, Shippit provides a consistent tracking experience from the moment an order is placed up until it's delivered. Shippit standardises tracking events across all carriers, meaning that you get the same delivery experience. Shippit will keep you in the loop via email and SMS at key stages of the delivery process. So ​sit back and relax! When your parcel is out for delivery, you will receive notifications, followed by a final notification once you have received your package.

Spilt Orders

If you have an order with multiple items, these items may not fit into one package and may need to be placed into separate packages. In this instance, your order will be split into multiple orders, and will be delivered separately under different tracking numbers. Each time your order is split, you will receive an email notification from Shippit with the tracking details.

No additional shipping charges will be applied to split orders. For further information regarding your split order, please contact us.

Delivery Delays

At times our delivery service providers may experience delivery delays due to the high volume of parcels in their networks, transit route disruptions or the reduction in air freight capacity. Please refer to the tracking tool provided to you by our shipping partner, Shippit, which will contain the most accurate guidance on estimated delivery dates and will advise you of any delays while your parcel is in transit.

In some cases, delivery service providers may have to process and deliver from an alternate location and customers may notice when tracking their parcel, that it is coming from a different location to what they are used to.
