You can view your points on our website by either creating an account or logging into an existing account. Please ensure when creating an account that you use the same email address that you have used when shopping in store.

About The Players Club
What is The Players Club?
This is our way of showing our appreciation. It is an all-digital loyalty program where you'll get points* on all your shopping, both in store and online. You'll also get 5% discount^ on all purchases, and notification of special offers, exclusive event invitations and much more.

Does it cost anything to join?
No, it's completely FREE! There are no annual fees and there is no purchase necessary to join.
How do I join The Players Club?
Simply create an account on our website at https://houseofgolf.com.au/the-players-club/register/. If you already have an account, simple login and go to https://houseofgolf.com.au/the-players-club/rewards/ to monitor and redeem your points. Please ensure when creating an account that you use the same email address that you have used in store.
Who is eligible for The Players Club?
To be eligible for membership you must be located within Australia. If under the age of 18 years, please ensure you have your parent's or guardian's permission to register for an account.
What details do I need to provide?
You will be asked for your first and last name, your email address, and a password. Optionally, if you provide your date of birth, you will receive loyalty points on your birthday. You will be responsible for keeping such information up to date and secure.
Earning Points
How do I earn points?
You will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend online or in stores. Points can also be earned for other activities; i.e. following us on Instagram.
- Online: log into your online account before making a purchase
- In Store: provide your email address at the counter when making a purchase
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
Can I earn points when paying with an e-gift card?
Yes, you can earn points when purchasing items using an e-Gift card.
When can’t I earn points?
You will not be able to earn points when purchasing e-Gift cards or on shipping fees.
Will I receive points for past purchases?
Unfortunately no. Our loyalty program started on July 20th 2020, so you will only receive points for purchases made after this date.
Redeeming Points
How do I redeem my points for a Reward?
For every 1000 points you earn, you will be able to redeem a $15 reward either online or in store.
- Online: log into your online account, redeem your points for a voucher (discount code will be emailed to you) which can then be applied during checkout
- In Store: provide your email address at the counter when making a purchase and a staff member will be able to redeem your points as part of the purchase
How do I find out how many loyalty points I have?
Login to your account and navigate to https://houseofgolf.com.au/the-players-club/rewards/. You will see how many points you have, be able to redeem your points to use online, as well as a complete history of your point activity.
When will my points be awarded to my account?
For purchases made online or in store, points will be awarded to your loyalty account within minutes but will remain in a pending status for 3 days until they have been approved.
I have points available, why can't I redeem them?
Points are only redeemable at intervals of l000 points = $15 discount. Points are active on your account 3 days after a purchase.
Can I redeemed an online discount code in store?
If you have redeemed a $15 Online Voucher but have changed your mind and would like to use it in-store, simply provide the coupon code emailed to you at the counter when making a purchase.
My Account
Will my loyalty points expire?
No they will never expire. When we say loyalty, we mean it!
I entered the wrong birthday. How do I change my birthday?
You will need to contact us and we will be able to amend your birthday for you.
Why didn't I receive my birthday reward?
If you have requested to update your birthday, a 365-day cool-off period applies. This means that if you have already received points within a year, you will not receive them again, after changing the date. If you have not requested any update to your birthday, please contact us and we can arrange for you to receive your birthday points.
I have more than one loyalty account, can I consolidate my points under one single account?
We can accommodate a one-time transfer of any un-redeemed points originally awarded for a purchase. Please contact us to arrange the consolidation.
What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
Loyalty points can be in one of the following status;
- Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
- Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them, usually within 3 days.
- Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account.
How do I leave The Players Club?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We will unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.

Can I receive points for purchases made prior to joining the loyalty program?
No, only purchases made after joining the loyalty program are eligible to receive points and count towards your total spend.
Can I join The Players Club in store?
Yes you can. Simply provide your email address at the counter when making a purchase in store. You will need to register for an account online if you want to view or redeem your points for online purchases.
I only shop in store, do I need to register for an online account?
No you don't need to register for an online account to receive loyalty points, just remember to always give your email address at the counter when purchasing. A staff member will inform you of any points that are available to be redeemed.
Can I earn loyalty points when shopping at an interstate store?
Yes you can. Our loyalty program is nationwide.
Why didn't I receive my 5% discount?
The 5% discount excludes sale periods, already discounted items and when price matching.
Can I cancel a redeemed $15 Online Voucher?
Once a loyalty coupon code has been generated, it cannot be cancelled. The coupon code will not expire so will remain active until you apply it to an online purchase at checkout. However, if you would like to use the voucher in store, simply present the coupon code to one of our staff members and they will be able to apply it to your purchase.
