Redeeming Loyalty Points

How do I redeem my points for a reward?

For every 1000 points you earn, you will be able to redeem a $15 reward either online or in-store.

• Online: log into your online account, redeem your points for a voucher (discount code will be emailed to you) which can then be applied during checkout
• In Store: provide your email address at the counter when making a purchase and a staff member will be able to redeem your points as part of the purchase

How do I find out how many loyalty points I have?

Login to your account and navigate to My Rewards. You will see how many points you have, be able to redeem your points to use online, as well as a complete history of your point activity.

When will my points be rewards to my account?

For purchases made online or in-store, points will be awarded to your loyalty account within minutes, please wait up to 10 minutes before contacting us.

I have points available, why can't I redeem them?

Points are only redeemable at intervals of l000 points = $15 discount. Points are active on your account within 10 minutes of your purchase.

Can I redeem an online discount code in-store?

If you have redeemed a $15 Online Voucher but have changed your mind and would like to use it in-store, simply provide the coupon code emailed to you at the counter when making a purchase.
