For every player, there’s a set of grinds fit for clean contact. SM11 provides a leading combination of lofts, bounces, and grinds to promote solid contact (between grooves 2-5), predictable performance, and the confidence to take on whatever the shot demands.
For a given loft, SM11 features the same CG location in all grinds, resulting in a controlled, consistent launch angle. No matter which sole design fits your swing or course conditions, your launch window is locked in—leaving you free to choose the lofts and grinds that work for you.
The new Vokey Spin System combines an angled face texture, shot-specific groove shapes, and deeper spin milled grooves to deliver the right amount of spin from any lie, in all conditions.
Fresh grooves are the secret to the sharpest short game possible. Any wedge will wear down over time, but Vokey grooves are heat-treated to double the durability.
A-Grind: Low bounce wedge originated from an L Grind with smoothed out grind edges. Resulting in a quick feel through the turf. Works well in tight, firm, conditions.
A+-Grind: Mid bounce wedge originated from an M Grind with smoothed out grind edges. Results in a faster feel through the turf and plays similar to an M Grind with slightly less bounce. Plays well in firm to neutral conditions.
K*-Grind: Originated from a .06 K Grind with trailing and heel relief which allows for more open face shots and leading edge grind to reduce digging on fuller square face shots. Works well in firm to neutral conditions.s
L-Grind: A narrower low bounce grind with heel, toe, and trailing edge relief. Works well in firmer conditions. Wider sole than a T Grind but narrower than the M Grind.
M-Grind: The M Grind, Voke’s favorite, is designed for players that like to rotate the club face open and closed to manufacture shots around the green. Ideal for players with a shallower, more sweeping swing type who play shots from a variety of clubface positions
